Andrew Druch

Andrew Druch has an extensive background in the legal and compliance field, with experience at major financial institutions. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Administrative Officer at Wedbush Securities, Andrew oversees legal, compliance, corporate governance, human resources, marketing, and public relations. Prior to their current role, Andrew held positions as General Counsel at DNB, Rabobank, and ING, as well as senior legal roles at Lehman Brothers and Drexel Burnham Lambert. Andrew Druch holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from University at Albany, SUNY.
