Joan Storms

Joan Storms has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1985 as a Private Banker at Bank of Boston (now Bank of America). In 1992, they became a Research Associate/Analyst at Moran & Associates, where they covered the restaurant sector and select specialty retailers. Following that, Joan worked as a VP at Needham & Company from 1993 to 1997, helping to start a team of consumer analysts and focusing on Hardlines Retail/Restaurants. Finally, since 1999, they have been an SVP at Wedbush Securities.

Joan Storms completed the Microsoft Office Specialist Program at New Horizons, Computer Learning Center from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 1990 to 1991. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Business Administration and Economics from Eckerd College, where they studied from 1985 to 1990.

Joan Storms also holds several certifications, including being a Chartered Financial Analyst obtained from the CFA Institute in September 1998. Joan has obtained certifications in CFA, Series 7, and Supervisory Analyst, all from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
