Petra Griffith has over 20 years of experience in product strategy, product development, and venture investments. Petra began their career in 1998 as a Product Marketing Manager at iPrint, where they managed business development, marketing, and product development as the company grew from 15 to 110 employees. In 1999, they were Employee #2 at ZuluSports.com, where they were the product lead for the launch of an outdoor sports enthusiast platform. From 2002 to 2004, they were an Analyst at BSkyB, directing new media strategy and opportunity assessment. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Brand Manager at 24 Hour Fitness, launching the first wearable device for the fitness and weight loss market and directing consumer research, positioning, naming, and product strategy for the integrated weight management software. From 2006 to 2017, they were a Senior Product Manager at Yahoo!, leading monetization products for new consumer initiatives in the media experiences division and developing advertising products to focus on social and local marketing needs. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Product Innovation Manager for Originals at Netflix. In 2019, they founded Make Lemonade Ventures, a product strategy consulting firm focused on helping early stage businesses find product market fit, develop engaging products, and scale. In 2020, they founded Wedbush Ventures, where they invest in visionary problem solvers who are passionate about meaningfully changing the way we live and do business.

Petra Griffith obtained their MBA from London Business School in 2003, with a concentration in Marketing. Petra earned their BA from Middlebury College in 1996, majoring in International Politics & Economics and German. In 1994 and 1995, they attended Sciences Po.
