Adam Gower

Adam Gower has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Adam started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Lee County in 1998 and held this role until 2005. Adam then joined Walgreens as an Employee Relations Representative, where they supported a 200,000 employee organization and provided consultation to the management team on performance and behavioral issues. In 2008, Adam became a Human Resources Manager at Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, responsible for supporting 78 restaurants across eight states, managing HRIS systems, and responding to unemployment claims. Currently, they are serving as the HR Director at Wedge Community Co-op.
