Melissa Tang

Melissa Tang is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Brave Health since August 2022, providing extensive telehealth therapy services and managing a caseload of over 50 patients. Prior to this role, Melissa served as a Mental Health Counselor at Wedge Recovery Centers since April 2020, delivering clinical services to diverse patients. Experience also includes working as a Co-occurring Counselor at Northeast Treatment Centers from March 2018 to March 2020, facilitating group counseling and managing documentation for over 100 clients. Melissa gained foundational skills through internships at the Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County and Creative Health Services, as well as earlier roles at Catholic Social Services and City Year, focusing on youth development and community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Delaware.
