Jessica Griffith has over 20 years of work experience in the field of mental health. Jessica began their career as a Residential Aide at Community Services Group - CSG in 2002 and then moved on to Step By Step, Inc. in 2003 where they worked as a Skills Coordinator - Psychiatric Rehabilitation. In 2004, Jessica joined Horizon House, Inc. as a Partial Hospital Counselor and later became an Outpatient Drug & Alcohol Counselor at the same company in 2007. Jessica then worked at Wedge Recovery Centers as a Program Coordinator - Psychiatric Rehabilitation from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, Jessica was promoted to Director of Psychiatric Rehabilitation at Wedge Recovery Centers and held this role until 2017. During this time, they also served as the Vice President of Clinical Services from 2017 to 2017. Jessica returned to Wedge Recovery Centers in 2018 as the Vice President of Compliance & CQI. In addition to their work at Wedge Recovery Centers, they have also served as a Continuing Education Instructor at Temple University since 2019.
