Dave DiOrio has a strong background in customer care and operations management. Dave started their career at Tropicana Casino & Resort as a Front Desk Manager, where they managed the daily operations and efficiency of the front desk. Dave then moved on to Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, initially working as an Assistant Front Office Manager before being promoted to Box Office Manager and eventually Manager of Customer Care & Box Office Operations. In these roles, they oversaw various aspects of operations, including staff management, budgeting, training, and sales techniques. After their time at Borgata, Dave worked as a Manager of Customer Care/Dispatch Operations at South Jersey Industries, where they implemented new programs and incentives, introduced workforce management software, and resolved billing and customer portal issues. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Care at Wedgewood Pharmacy, where they manage a team of customer care specialists and data entry specialists, coordinates their daily operations, and ensures high-quality service for customers. Throughout their career, Dave has consistently demonstrated leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to improving the customer experience.

Dave DiOrio completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from DeSales University between 1997 and 2001. In 2002, they pursued coursework in Hospitality Management at Richard Stockton College. Additionally, they obtained the Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn in April 2023.
