Shannon O'Kane

Shannon O'Kane is a seasoned professional in event planning and management, currently serving as the Catering Manager at Wedgewood Weddings & Events since June 2022. Previous roles include Captain, Coordinator, and Sales Administrator at the same company, along with experience as an Event Planning and Management staff member at LMU FitWell Center. Shannon also worked as a VIP Representative at On Location, assisting with the management of high-profile patrons at concert events. Additional experience entails serving as a Graduate Assistant and Student Engagement Coordinator at the Center for Service and Action at LMU, and as a Teaching Assistant at Loyola Marymount University Children’s Center.
