Joe Costa is an experienced executive with a robust background in operational leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as President & COO at Wedgewood Pharmacy since November 2016, Costa previously held the position of Vice President & General Manager at PCI Pharma Services and owned CertaPro Painters of the Greater Lehigh Valley. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Operations at Avantor Performance Materials and Vice President of Operations for the Mallinckrodt Baker Division at Covidien, where Costa managed extensive manufacturing operations across multiple countries. Earlier career highlights include key management roles at Procter & Gamble and Bedinghaus Business Forms. Joe Costa holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and multiple certifications in Lean methodologies from Villanova University.
