Alex Osborne

Alex Osborne has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer III at Weedmaps since March 2023. Prior to this, Alex worked as a Software Engineer II at Weedmaps from December 2021 to March 2023. Before joining Weedmaps, they worked as a Software Engineer at Sock Club from May 2021 to August 2021.

In 2018, Alex founded UnCanny Wellness, where they held the position of Technical Founder-CFO from October 2018 to February 2020. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of The Crop Guy from October 2014 to October 2019.

From 2007 to 2012, Alex attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business where they earned a B.B.A degree. Their field of study during this time was Finance, with a minor in Chinese. Recently, in the year 2020, Alex attended Turing School of Software & Design to pursue a degree in Backend Engineering.
