Ian Paech

Ian Paech currently serves as the Director of Sales at Somerville Hino since November 2022, and also holds a position in medical sales at Entourage Health, a role started in November 2021. Previously, Ian was the Owner & Founder of Healthy Quick-Service Restaurant from September 2016 to March 2020 and Evolution Food Co. Inc. from January 2013 to December 2016. Ian's culinary experience includes working as a Pastry & Dessert Chef at Pizzeria Libretto in 2013. In the financial sector, Ian worked at TD Waterhouse in various capacities, including Investment Representative and Operations Officer, from 2010 to 2013. Educational qualifications include an Honours BA in International Political Science & History from Western University and multiple certifications from the Canadian Securities Institute.
