Theresa Olson

Theresa Olson is currently the Director of Engineering Services at Weeghman & Briggs. Theresa has over twenty years of experience in the software engineering field. Theresa began their career as a Software Development Intern at Computer Science Corporation in August 1999. Theresa then worked as a Software Engineer at Raytheon from January 2003 to August 2008. After that, they were the Technology Manager at ProSync Technology Group, LLC from August 2008 to February 2011. Theresa then worked as a Software Engineer at ACES, Incorporated from February 2011 to November 2021.

Theresa Olson has a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, Computer Science, and Math from Virginia Tech. Theresa also has a Doctor of Business Administration from Capella University and a Master of Business Administration - MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus. Her Master's degree is in Technology Management from University of Maryland Global Campus. Theresa is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
