Tatá - Thaís Bueno

Tatá - Thaís Bueno has a long career in the field of learning and training. Tatá - began their career in 2004 as an Assistant of Attendance III at TeleTech, where they provided technical support for internet banking and payroll services. In 2008, they moved to Contax as an Instructor of Training, where they restructured and standardized materials and created new content, games, and activities. In 2011, they joined GOL as an Instructor of Training and Supervisor of Events and Campaigns, where they developed presentations and content and organized motivational actions, social campaigns, and events. In 2012, they returned to Affero Lab as a Learning Designer Specialist, where they created content for trade marketing clients and provided consulting services for educational solutions. In 2017, they joined Lojas Riachuelo as an HR Analyst (Corporate Education), where they developed learning tracks for online, blended, and in-person learning, and provided technical support for instructional design. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Learning Consultant at Affero Lab. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Weego.io.

Tatá - Thaís Bueno has a diverse educational background. Tatá - completed a degree in Comunicação Empresarial e Institucional with a focus in Comunicação Organizacional from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho in 2015. Tatá - also holds a degree in Ciências Biológicas from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, which they completed in 2006. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Design Thinking - Praticioner from Cia Makers - Escola de Inovação in 2018, Design Thinking - Imersão from Cia Makers - Escola de Inovação in 2018, Gamification from FIAP in 2017, Storytelling - A new way to tell stories from FIAP in 2016, Escrita Criativa from Domestika, Learning creative Learning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Reaprendizagem Criativa from Keep Learning School.
