Rohan Phatale

Rohan Phatale currently serves as the Manager of Key Accounts at Weekday (YC W21) since January 2024, focusing on recruiting high-impact engineering talent to support startup growth and delivering monthly revenue through candidate placements. Prior to this role, Rohan was an Assistant Manager in Content Strategy at One Digital Entertainment, leading the development of original shows and securing significant funding for creator economy projects. Rohan also contributed to TagMango as a Research and Strategy professional, where fundraising initiatives and data-driven content strategies were spearheaded. Earlier experiences include roles as a News Editor at Bundesliga International GmbH and Brand Strategist at PG Radio, alongside content writing and coordination efforts in various capacities. Rohan holds a Master's in Economics, Population Studies and Health Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics and a Bachelor's in Economics from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
