Derek Regan

Derek Regan is an experienced executive in the residential construction industry, currently serving as Division President of Entry Level Housing at David Weekley Homes since February 2024. Prior to this role, Derek held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Cambridge Homes Texas from March 2013 to January 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Construction Services at Minto Communities Florida from January 2012 to March 2013, and as National Purchasing Manager and Director of Purchasing at Meritage Homes from 2010 to 2012. Earlier in the career, Derek was with Centex Homes, where responsibilities included Director of Construction Operations and Director of Purchasing from 2003 to 2010. Derek holds a Master of Business Administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Cumberland College.
