Currently serving as Land Acquisition Manager at David Weekley Homes since April 2023, Joe Dancy specializes in negotiating land deals for residential projects in the greater Charlotte area. Prior roles include General Manager of Land at NVR, Inc. and Senior Vice President at Regions Securities LLC, where Joe Dancy focused on corporate and investment banking, particularly in the Energy and Natural Resources sector. Joe Dancy has also held positions as Senior Portfolio Manager at US Bancorp and Finance Lead at AREVA NP, managing significant financial responsibilities. As the CEO and President of Dancy Properties, LLC for a decade, Joe Dancy led real estate development and project management initiatives.
