Lisa Tetreault has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Lisa has worked at Weeks Medical Center since 2019, serving as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, as well as the Risk Management/Corporate Compliance/Legal Affairs Coordinator. Prior to that, they worked at the Leadership Institute at The Mountain Club on Loon from 2013 to 2019, first as the Director of Admissions and later as the Vice President of Sales. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Director of Sales & Planning at an undisclosed company. Lisa also served as a Trustee and Past Board Chair for the Weeks Medical Center Board of Trustees from 1996 to 2013. Before that, they were the Director of Group Sales at The Mountain Club on Loon from 2012 to 2013. Lisa's earlier work experience includes being the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa from 2007 to 2012, and Recruitment Manager at Allstaff Contract Services from 2005 to 2007. Lisa began their career as a Legal Assistant in Probate at Paul F. Donovan, PC from 1981 to 2004.

Lisa Tetreault's education history began in 1976 when they attended Groveton High School. Lisa completed their studies there in 1979, earning a diploma in Business Administration and Management, General. Following this, they went on to pursue higher education at PSC/CLL from 1979 to 1985. During their time there, Lisa obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Behavioral Studies.
