Charles Weems III

Charles Weems III has a long history of experience in the IT industry. In 2006, they became the CEO of Weems Design Studio Inc., a global outsource provider of business process solutions. At the same time, they held the role of Senior Software Engineer at Peniel Solutions, LLC, where they were responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and publishing of web-based applications used by the US Department of HUD. In 2020, they became the Founding Partner of GCA Partners, a joint venture company combining the services provided by Weems Design Studio and Pittman Consulting Group. At GCA Partners, Charles provided an array of services across four areas, IT modernization, Lab & Health Sciences, Bioinformatics/Advanced Analytics and Cloud migration.

Charles Weems III attended Grambling State University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science.
