Neil Chapman

Neil Chapman is currently the Director of Manufacturing at Weetabix. Prior to this role, Neil held positions such as Director Human Resources Operations and Operations Director - Meal Solutions at Kerry. With extensive experience at Mondelēz International as Manufacturing Director UK and I for Chocolate, Neil has proven expertise in leading manufacturing facilities. Neil also served as Area Supply Chain Director Northern Europe and Plant Director at Mondelēz International. Additionally, Neil worked as a Plant Manager at Kraft Foods Australia. Neil graduated from Coventry University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Combined Engineering Studies.
