Sam Carlile

Sam Carlile is an experienced professional in the field of microbiology and food safety, currently serving as the Laboratory Services Manager at Weetabix since September 2021. Previous roles include Microbiology and Laboratory Manager, Food Safety Manager, and Microbiologist at Weetabix. Prior to this, Sam held the position of Food Safety and Microbiology Specialist at BRITVIC PLC from March 2018 to August 2021 and worked as a Pharmacy Technician at both Lloyd's Pharmacy and Sainsbury's from 2013 to 2017. Sam holds a Master's degree in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Human Biosciences, both from Coventry University.
