Design and custom engineer fractional electric motors, aluminum castings, rotor/stator sets, Explosion Proof, Hydro Duty Washdown Motor, Electronic start switches. Design for the improvement and performance of the electric motor using my design skills in Pro Engineer. Support project engineers and customer needs by meeting project timelines and budgets. Effectively communicate issues and sound options via computer, teleconference, and hand written documentation to specifically identify enhancements, issues, and concerns. Proactively involve support resources in brainstorming or concept development to ensure all options are considered. Understand, and ensure database security is achieved through archiving, revision control, and backing up databases.
