Marcio Giardini

Marcio Giardini is a Senior Project Manager at WEG, overseeing EPC, turnkey projects, and services in renewable energy with contract values ranging from 1 to 200 million USD since February 2020. Concurrently, Marcio holds a similar role at MTG Gerenciamento Ltda, providing technical and commercial project management for thermal power plants, hydroelectric facilities, wind farms, solar plants, substations, and transmission lines. Previously, Marcio served as a Senior Project Manager at ANDRITZ HYDRO from 2006 to 2018, managing large-scale projects and reporting outcomes to the board. Prior experience includes leadership in project management at Toshiba America Energy Systems, focusing on thermoelectric power and hydro projects, and sales coordination at AREVA T&D. Marcio holds an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and degrees in Electrical Engineering from FEI.
