Prabhu Ramalingam

Prabhu Ramalingam is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in human resources and industrial relations. Currently serving as Senior Manager - HR & IR at WEG since March 2014, Prabhu has honed expertise in various HR functions including recruitment, training, employee relations, discipline management, and statutory compliance. Prior to this role, Prabhu worked at Exide Industries Limited from April 2004 to March 2014 as an Executive, focusing on a comprehensive array of HR activities. Prabhu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Anna University, completed between 2012 and 2014.
