Claudia Cerqueira is an experienced professional with a robust background in sales operations, accounting, and merchandising. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at Diligent since August 2023, Claudia previously contributed as a Sales Operations Analyst after Diligent’s acquisition of Galvanize in April 2021, where support was provided to the Global Sales Organization and order management processes were developed. Prior to that, Claudia worked at Galvanize from September 2015, advancing from an Administrative role to Accountant and Revenue Operations Analyst, overseeing significant financial operations and enhancing cash flow efficiency. Earlier experience includes roles at The Children's Place and Liz Claiborne, where Claudia supported merchandising and buying teams, demonstrating significant expertise in product selection, promotions, and sales analysis. Claudia holds a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University - Newark.
