Farnia Fresnel, MBA, PCC, PMP, serves as the President of The Lenserf Group, a certified woman and minority-owned leadership coaching and consulting firm, where oversight includes creative direction, business development, and strategic partnerships. Additionally, Farnia contributes as a Speaker and Advisory Board Member for WEglobal, focusing on enhancing consultancy and training capabilities to support impactful change initiatives. As a PQ Mastery Faculty & Coach at Positive Intelligence, Farnia emphasizes the development of personal and team intelligence. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor at Penn State University, Head of Business & Program Management at Morgan Stanley, and Vice President at Citi, among others, with a focus on project management, business development, and technology transformation. Farnia holds a BSE in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Management and Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business.
