Henry Favor

Henry Favor is an experienced professional in asset protection and law enforcement with a significant background in both public safety and education. Since 2019, Henry has held various leadership roles at Wegmans Food Markets, currently serving as Asset Protection Director. Concurrently, Henry contributes as a Board Member for the Willow Domestic Violence Center of Greater Rochester and as an Adjunct Professor at Monroe Community College. Henry's prior experience includes two decades in various ranks within the City of Rochester Police Department, culminating as Police Chief of Staff, and earlier service as a Deputy Sheriff in Monroe County. Henry holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Keuka College, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Monroe Community College.
