Margaret Riley

Margaret (Peggy) Riley has a diverse work experience. Margaret (Peggy) has been working at Wegmans Food Markets since 1990 and currently holds the position of Vice President of Employee Communications & Engagement, which they started in May 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Employee Communications from July 2016 to May 2021 and as the Manager of Employee Communications from February 2013 to July 2016. Peggy also worked as a Project Manager from 2009 to 2013 and as a Staffing Manager from 2006 to 2009. In addition, they held the role of Director of Human Resources & Training from 2000 to 2006, HR Coordinator from 1999 to 2000, Employee Representative from August 1995 to December 1999, and Customer Service Representative from September 1990 to August 1995.

Apart from their work at Wegmans, Peggy was a member of the Board of Directors at Camp Stella Maris from 2002 to 2008.

Margaret (Peggy) Riley holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from St. John Fisher University. Margaret (Peggy) also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Communications from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
