Mamoun Hmedan

Mamoun Hmedan has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2001 to the present. Mamoun has held various roles in different companies and industries.

From 2001 to 2002, Mamoun worked as a Warehouse Manager at Agriculture International Company.

In 2002, they transitioned to a Sales Assistant role in Syria, Damascus, and later became a Sales Supervisor from 2003 to 2005.

From 2005 to 2008, Mamoun worked at Audi AG as a Sales Executive, where they demonstrated a sound understanding of the company's products and consistently met sales targets.

In 2008, they joined Bayt.com, the number one job site in the Middle East, as a Relationship Manager. In this role, they managed key automotive accounts, created strategic revenue initiatives, and presented proposals to advertising agencies and clients.

From 2009 to 2011, Mamoun worked as a Sales Consultant at IKOO, the largest online advertising network in the Middle East. Mamoun was responsible for account management, sales consultancy, and presenting IKOO to advertisers and media buyers.

In 2011, they moved to Diwanee, where they held the position of Sales Manager. Mamoun'sresponsibilities included account management, sales management, business development, and presenting Diwanee to advertisers and media buyers.

Most recently, starting in 2013, Mamoun joined Wego.com, where they have held multiple roles. Mamoun first served as General Manager for MENA from 2013 to 2015, then Managing Director for MENA & India from 2015 to the present. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Mamoun Hmedan pursued their education in a chronological manner. Mamoun began in 1999 at the United Nation Education Program - UNRWA - Syria, where they obtained a High Diploma in the field of Pharmacist and Chemical Analysis. After completing this program in 2002, Mamoun then attended City International University from 2005 to 2008 to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Later, in 2009, they returned to City International University to pursue a Master's Degree in Business Administration, which they completed in 2010.
