Kristina Ibea

Kristina Ibea is currently serving as an MBA intern at Wegrow since October 2023 and is pursuing an MBA at Esade, expected to complete in March 2024. Kristina has amassed substantial experience in sponsorship sales management, having worked as a Sponsorship Sales Manager at Mineski Global and Liyab Esports, where significant partnerships were secured, including $60,000 in sponsorships in 2021. In a previous role as a Business Development Executive at Maison Kayser France, Kristina developed innovative sales channels, achieving a 120% increase in industrial sales during the pandemic. Kristina also contributed to marketing operations at SAP, optimizing campaign performance through CRM tools, and started as a Brand Associate at Kenda International, focusing on trade marketing activations. Kristina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Ateneo de Manila University and completed a summer program in Marketing and Communications at IE Business School.
