Daniel Wiersma

Daniel Wiersma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Daniel currently works as a Tech Lead OPS at Wehkamp, where they oversee four teams and supports the Product Owner and teams with their day-to-day operations. Prior to this, they worked at Tinka as a Product Owner, responsible for onboarding new partners and developing spread payment for Tinka. Daniel also has experience as a Scrum Master at Wehkamp, where they linked external suppliers to the company's website and ensured a seamless customer experience. Before that, they worked as a test analyst at Blendle, Het CAK, codecentric nederland bv, PRé Sustainability, AEGON Nederland, and AEGON Bank, where they contributed to software testing and implementation projects. Early in their career, they worked at SpaarAdvies/AEGON Nederland as a (senior) medewerker kwaliteitsbeheer and a Financieel adviseur, selling pension and wealth products.

Daniel Wiersma obtained a Bachelor's degree in Culturele en Maatschappelijke Vorming from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag in the period from 1996 to 1999. Before that, they attended Frans Hals College Haarlem from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued Activiteiten Begeleiding. Daniel'seducation started at Paulusschool, Haarlem from 1987 to 1991, where they completed Mavo.
