Roy Jansen

Head Of Customer Operations at Wehkamp B.V.

Roy Jansen has extensive work experience in various roles in the retail industry. From 1999 to 2011, they worked at C1000 as a Buyer and later as a Category Manager. In 2011, they joined wehkamp as a Category Manager for multimedia/electronics. Roy then progressed to become the Unit Manager for Home & Garden from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they took on the role of Manager Category Development / New Business before assuming their current position as the Head of Customer Operations in 2019 at wehkamp.

Roy Jansen attended Radboud University from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Bedrijfswetenschappen/bedrijfskunde. Prior to that, they attended Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland from 1992 to 1996, majoring in Hotel management.
