Henrik Stenby Andresen

Henrik Stenby Andresen is a seasoned software solution architect at Weibel Scientific, with substantial experience in driving product vision and enhancing software architecture. Henrik has effectively led an international team, expanding it from 3 to 20 members while implementing strategic planning and fostering team culture. Key accomplishments include developing a new development model and establishing a team-lead structure. Prior to this, Henrik worked as a software and algorithm engineer, specializing in radar signal processing and contributing to significant projects for international clients, including the Indonesian Air Force. With a strong academic background, including a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from DTU, Henrik has demonstrated expertise in both theoretical and practical aspects of engineering, from sonar signal modeling to real-time algorithm implementation.
