Jens Friedrich

Jens Friedrich has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jens has held various roles in quality management and leadership positions in well-known companies. Their most recent role was as the Director of Global Quality at Weidmann. Prior to that, they were the Global Quality Manager at Barnes Group Inc. and Quality Manager at H&T Presspart. Jens also served as the Head of Quality Management at Presspart Manufacturing S.A. and Gerresheimer Küssnacht AG. Jens has a strong background in technology and innovation management, having worked as an Innovation and Technology Manager at Gerresheimer Wilden GmbH. Jens started their career as a Freelance Translator before pursuing a PhD in Electrochemical Engineering. Jens also gained valuable experience as a summer job translator at Procter & Gamble.

Jens Friedrich has a strong education history in the field of engineering. Jens completed their International Baccalaureate degree at the United World College of the Atlantic in 1997. Jens then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering and Environmental Management at the University of Bath from 1997 to 2002. Continuing their studies, Jens obtained an MPhil/PhD in Electrochemical Engineering from the same institution between 2002 and 2004. Finally, they completed their education journey with a PhD in Electrochemical Engineering from the University of Southampton between 2004 and 2006.
