Rubi Beltran

Rubi Beltran is an experienced community director with a demonstrated history in property management roles at Weidner Apartment Homes since July 2016. Starting as a leasing consultant, Rubi quickly progressed to leasing manager, where responsibilities included team supervision, occupancy management, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As assistant community director, Rubi contributed to the efficient operation of the apartment community while showcasing leadership abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments. Prior experience includes serving as housekeeping manager at Maria's House Keepin, supporting growth efforts since graduation, and as a food server at El Sinaloa seafood restaurant, where skills in customer interaction and teamwork were developed.
