Jane Saint

Jane oversees St. Modwen’s people strategy and key transformation initiatives across the business.

Jane’s role includes operating as a member and coach for executive teams and the development and implementation of a commercial people strategy and HR practices which have enabled a step-change in business culture and performance.

Jane joined the business in 2017 bringing significant HR Director experience working for a diverse range of sectors (both private and public) and blue-chip companies including Barclays, Jobcentre Plus, Halfords, and Staples.
