Kelly Bolin

Kelly Bolin PhD has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the field of organizational development, human resources, and management consulting. Their most recent position was as Chief People Officer at Weifield Group Contracting since December 2022. Prior to that, they were the Founder and Managing Partner of The Bolin Group from June 2021 to November 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Kelly served as the Executive Practice Leader for Org Design & Workforce Transformation at HCL Technologies, where they provided leadership and oversight for HR transformation solutions. Kelly also worked as the Vice President and Client Partner at Strong-Bridge Envision from 2010 to 2019, leading the firm's human capital management consulting services.

Earlier in their career, Kelly held executive positions at Springbok, The North Highland Company, Mercer, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Ernst & Young Management Consulting. Kelly has extensive experience in areas such as organizational change management, talent development, culture transformation, HR strategy, and service delivery.

Kelly Bolin PhD obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pepperdine University. Afterwards, they pursued their education at the California School of Professional Psychology - Los Angeles, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior. Continuing their academic journey, Kelly Bolin obtained a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the same institution. Prior to their university education, they attended Enid High School in Enid, Oklahoma. In addition to their degrees, Kelly Bolin also obtained a certification as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in May 2002.
