Dmitry Vaganov

Dmitry Vaganov has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Dmitry started their career as a Customer Support Specialist at ValueHost in 2006. Dmitry then moved on to work at ARTW, where they served as a Project Manager, Senior Implementation Manager, and Chief Customer Officer. During their time at ARTW, they managed CRM implementation projects, led project teams, and closed new enterprise customers. Dmitry also played a key role in driving growth through pre-existing relationships and delivering the company's roadmap. In 2018, Dmitry joined the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) as an Online-traction expert, where they provided consultations to early-stage startups on business model improvement, customer development, and data-driven decision making. In 2019, they became the Head of Product Development at Weigandt Consulting GmbH, where they led the market launch of a new IT product and managed various product activities.

Dmitry Vaganov completed their Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Saint Petersburg University of Telecommunications in 2009. Dmitry then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management at the Higher School of Economics, which they completed in 2012.
