Katherine Coates

Katherine Coates is a seasoned writer and producer with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently at Weigel Broadcasting Co. since February 2020, Katherine has held roles as a Writer/Producer, Associate Producer, and Media Coordinator and Assistant Editor. Concurrently, Katherine serves as a Headline Contributor for Reductress. Previous experience includes a Production Internship at NPR's "Wait, Wait...Don't Tell Me!" and various production roles at organizations such as the American College of Healthcare Executives, Richmond Magazine, and WHRO Public Media. Katherine began her career as a Creative Intern at the William and Mary Global Film Festival and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Media Studies from William & Mary.
