Andrew Brammer

Andrew Brammer is a legal professional with extensive experience in health and safety law, currently serving as a Partner at Weightmans since March 2019. In this role, Andrew advises and represents national and international businesses and key personnel in regulatory investigations and prosecutions, particularly focusing on agencies such as the Health and Safety Executive and HMRC. Prior to joining Weightmans, Andrew was a Partner and Head of Health and Safety Law at Cartwright King from June 2002 to July 2023. Andrew holds a BA Hons in Law & History from the University of Keele, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
