Daniel West is a legal professional with extensive experience in product liability and litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Weightmans since August 2023, Daniel previously held the position of Partner and Head of Product Liability at HF from January 2022 to July 2023. Before that, Daniel was a Partner at BLM from September 2009 to December 2021, where earlier roles included Associate and Solicitor. Daniel’s legal career began at BEN HOARE BELL LLP as a Trainee Solicitor and Paralegal from December 2006 to September 2009. Academically, Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Durham University (2002-2005) and completed the Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University (2005-2006).
