Dr Catriona Wolfenden

Dr. Catriona Wolfenden currently holds the position of Visiting Professor at Edge Hill University, starting in July 2025, where a focus on enhancing applied research and impact in AI, legal tech, and digital business is emphasized through collaboration with the School of Law and Criminal Justice. Since September 2007, Dr. Wolfenden has served as a Director of Product and Innovation and Partner at Weightmans, undertaking various roles including Innovation Manager, Associate, Professional Support Lawyer, Solicitor, and Paralegal. Dr. Wolfenden holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Medical Law from the University of Liverpool, completed in 2007, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from the same institution, obtained in 2003.
