Helen Taylor

Helen Taylor has extensive experience in HR leadership roles. Helen most recently served as HR Director at Weightmans since July 2019. Prior to that, they were a Council Member and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at The University of Salford starting in January 2018. From September 2014 to June 2019, they worked as HR Director at esure Group. Helen also held HR leadership positions at The Co-operative Banking Group, The Co-operative Financial Services, Ventura, and RSA. Helen has a proven track record of developing and implementing people strategies, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, and enhancing employee engagement.

Helen Taylor studied History at Bangor University, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree.
