Morgan McGuire

Morgan McGuire has held a variety of roles in the past 13 years. In 2008, they completed a Research Internship at Queen Mary, University of London. In 2012, they worked as a Consulting and Finance at World Climate ltd. In 2013, they held the role of Senior Energy Analyst and Commercial Asset Analyst at Gaelectric Trading and Market Services (GTAMS). Morgan also served as a Member of the Copenhagen Investment Club in 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Strategic Business Analyst, Business Analyst, and Risk Analyst at Danske Commodities. In 2018, they were a Data Analyst at Facebook. In 2020, they were a Machine Learning Consultant at Upwork and a Machine Learning Developer for Self directed ML Development. Currently, they are the Head of Growth ML and Growth ML Engineer at Weights & Biases.

Morgan McGuire's education history includes a MSc in Finance from the University of Strathclyde (2011-2012), a Masters of Engineering Science in Renewable Energy Electrical Power Systems from Curtin University (2010), a BSc in Applied Physics and Electronics and a BSc in Physics from the University of Galway (2005-2009), and a Leaving Cert from St Josephs "The Bish" - Galway (2000-2005).
