Kitty van der Velde

Kitty van der Velde is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the real estate and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Algemeen Directeur (CEO) at Weijman Vastgoedonderhoud and Mens-Zeist Vastgoedonderhoud since January 2024, Kitty oversees companies within the Corpeq BV family, focusing on growth in real estate maintenance and sustainability. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Odyssey Hotel Group, where Kitty contributed to the rapid expansion of unique hotel concepts across Europe, and CEO at Adriaan van Erk Groep, emphasizing customer-oriented service and operational efficiency. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Matemco Hulpconstructies BV, Van Wijnen Groep NV, and earlier roles in project organization and work preparation.
