Garrett Mimbs

Garrett Mimbs is an IT Hardware Specialist at Weil Foot Ankle and Orthopedic Institute since July 2016, providing end-user support, helpdesk assistance, and managing phone user creation. Prior experience includes a role as a Helpdesk Technician with Randstad Technologies US, supporting Statefarm's CCC support center, handling password resets, agency business systems, customer service, and call center operations from March to June 2016. Additionally, Garrett served as an IT Help Desk technician at BeyondTrust from August 2014 to January 2016, where responsibilities included managing local and remote users, software installations, computer imaging, and network infrastructure management. Educational qualifications consist of an Associate's Degree in Computer Network Systems and a Bachelor's Degree in Internet Systems Cyber Security, both obtained from ITT Technical Institute from 2009 to 2014.
