Joseph Silber

Joseph Silber is an Associate in the Restructuring department at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, a position held since September 2022, following a role as a Summer Associate at the same firm in May 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Roslynn R. Mauskopf at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and multiple internships at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP, Kings County District Attorney's Office, and with U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer. Joseph Silber obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brandeis University. The educational journey began at Ramaz School, where a high school diploma was earned.
