Giulia Rosati

Giulia Rosati is currently an Associate in Large Claims, Restructuring & Recoveries at SACE, where responsibilities include credit recovery, debt restructuring, repayment plans, and monitoring payments while managing relations with clients and debtors since October 2022. Previously, Giulia served as a Trainee Lawyer at the Consiglio dell'Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma from September 2019 to October 2022, focusing on civil law and procedural law, including drafting legal documents and participating in hearings. A brief internship at Banca d'Italia in 2020 allowed Giulia to engage with procurement processes and enhance knowledge in regulatory aspects. The legal training began with an anticipatory practice at the same legal council before graduating with a Master’s in Financial Regulation from Luiss Guido Carli University in 2023 and a Master's degree in Law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 2019.
