Lucia Azzi

Lucia Azzi is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as an Associate in the Corporate department at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP since August 2019, having previously been a Trainee Associate. Lucia gained experience as a Legal Secondee with Bain Capital in mid-2023 and participated in the Next Generation Women Leaders program by McKinsey & Company in 2019, recognized among 5,600 applicants across EMEA. Notable leadership roles include serving as President of The Women’s Network ULaw and the Cambridge University Law Society, with a focus on empowering women and enhancing diversity within the legal profession. Lucia has received accolades such as being named one of the Top 100 Future Lawyers in the UK and recognized as the most influential female student at the University of Cambridge.
