Philip Rosen

Philip Rosen has an extensive legal and academic career, currently serving as the Chairman of the Board for the World Jewish Congress, American Division, since March 2025. Since April 2010, Philip Rosen has been an Adjunct Professor at the Sy Syms School of Business and has been a Corporate Partner and Head of the Property Practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges since October 1982. As a highly regarded real estate finance and restructuring attorney, Philip Rosen has participated in many major real estate restructurings since the 1980s. Previous roles include serving on the Finance Committee for Romney for President, Inc. from 2007 to 2012 and working as a Law Clerk to Chief Judge David N. Edelstein at the U.S. District Courts from September 1981 to August 1982. Philip Rosen holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts from Yeshiva University.
