Vynessa Nemunaitis

Vynessa Nemunaitis serves as the Co-Managing Partner of the Dallas Office at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where Vynessa has been employed since April 2014, previously holding the positions of Partner and Attorney specializing as a Banking and Finance Associate. Prior to this role, Vynessa was a Senior Associate at Fulbright & Jaworski from January 2010 to April 2014, also focusing on Banking and Finance. Vynessa holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School, obtained between 2006 and 2009, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Government and American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, earned from 2003 to 2006.
